Having trouble cant seem to get my scanner to communicate with my desktop(win 8.1) or my laptop(win 7). Installed Autel Pc suite on both machines. usb error 43 seems to be a software driver issue have tried several fixes including a registry fix . Still not working. Does autel have a fix for this issue ? -

Do you want to update it or print file?
1. If you want to update your software, you need to pull out the SD card to load it to your PC via card reader, then download the updates via PC suite.
2. If you want to print, open Autel Printer, then connect your tool with your PC via USB cable, go to Playback, get into it. Then your tool will be connected with Autel Printer. -

I seem to be facing the same problem with my MaxiDiag Elite MD802. I have just updated my Autel PC Suite to version 6.34 but my laptop with windows 8 fails to pick up the scan tool.I have done the steps above in that exact order.I get an error saying USB device not recognized. I managed to register the devise on www.autel.com so am sure its not a fake device.Please assist. -
